He has led programs globally to more than 100,000 people extending across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, the Caribbean, and North America. These programs have been simultaneously translated into Spanish, French, Greek, Arabic, Hebrew, Xhosa, and Afrikaans.

He worked with the Congress of South African Trade Unions, the Bonteheuwel Veterans Association of Freedom Fighters, the women’s section of Pollsmoor Prison, and the Reconstruction and Development Program.

– Founded Synergy Youth Empowerment, a non-profit organization whose vision is to inspire young adults to live with the courage, passion, and conviction to create a life of meaning and purpose.

Mr. Griffiths is an American, Canadian and British citizen and lives in New York City. As the co-founder of the Synergy Group of companies, he continues to lead trainings and workshops in the public forum as well as for Fortune 500 companies, global non-profits, and inside our education system. He is married, the father of three extraordinary girls, and a cancer survivor.

Mr. Naranjo served as a successful corporate banker through 2009. His corporate banking advisory experience spans a range of industries including financial services, aviation, retail, manufacturing, and energy industries throughout North America, Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe and Asia.

Mr. Naranjo holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and French and has the distinction of having coached executives and business leaders from a broad range of cultural and geographic backgrounds.

Ms. Harari has been leading organizations for over 25 years, and has extensive management background in the technology, software, hardware and services space.

She has worked in Israel, Europe and has been living in the United States for the last 15 years.

In the last few years Ms. Harari has expanded her activities to the non-profit markets as well as social investments. She is a General Partner at Impact First Investments, designed to fund and leverage Israeli based technology and innovation companies to create global, social and environmental impact. Ms. Harari is also the owner of the Write Wellness group, a company focused on providing non-profit organizations new technological platforms for increasing their revenues and resources.

Prior to founding Write Wellness, Ms. Harari was the CEO of 3i-MIND, Kamoon Inc. and Tescom Israel. Ms. Harari also served as the COO and head of Global Services for NICE systems (NASDAQ:NICE).

Ms. Harari has a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and Statistics From Tel-Aviv University. She also has academic studies in Business management from Brunel University and is part of the 2012 Women Leadership Forum, Harvard Business School.

She resides in the USA and is on the board of Gregg’s gift foundation, The American friends of the Parent Circle and the Write Wellness Group.

Since 1992, Stephanie Ferdinand has been a small business owner. Her accounting and tax preparation firm has been extremely successful and in 2009 she sold her business to H & R Block.

In November of 2007 Ms. Ferdinand participated in transformational work. Since then, she has volunteered and staffed ongoing workshops and programs within the experiential and transformational coaching industry.

Co-Creator and Co-Founder of Aspirations, an assembly of experiential and transformational workshops based in the Caribbean. The workshop was started in Trinidad and Tobago and caters to participants in every country in the Caribbean.

For over twenty years Mr. Kastrinakis has built and lead outperforming teams, that transform smart ideas into successful industry-leading software solutions that serve millions of end users. During his tenure in the Software Industry he has served in various leadership positions for multibillion Fortune 500 companies and has used Agile methodologies to produce extraordinary results. He is certain that “Individuals play the game, but teams beat the odds” and that can only be achieved with the right attitude.

Nickos is committed to advance his life by selflessly advancing the life of others around him. He is a firm believer of Socratic “Let him who would move the world first move himself” and Aristotle’s “Happiness involves engagement in activities that promote one’s highest potentials.” These are the reason why transformation work and transformational coaching is continuously part of his journey. He has been a Synergy coach in multiple capacities.

Mr. Kastrinakis moved to United States in the early 90’s, from the Greek Island of Crete. He studied Information Systems Management at CUNY in undergrad studies and Management Engineering at CW Post LIU at a graduate level. He has lived in the New York metropolitan area since he moved to United States. Nickos is married and a father of two amazing and extraordinary kids, a daughter and a son. His wife is a Deputy Fire Chief, with Major rank, of the Hellenic Fire Department.

Dr. Carla Vilches is a licensed chiropractor and occupational therapist in the State of NY and Puerto Rico. She has worked as a healthcare practitioner for over 13 years, with experience in geriatric, pediatric, special needs population, mental health, sports injuries, orthopedic rehabilitation, etc.

She was born and raised in Puerto Rico and attained a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of Puerto Rico Medical Science Campus. Dr. Vilches holds a masters of clinical nutrition from New York Chiropractic College and also attained her doctorate in chiropractic here.

Dr. Vilches is board certified in chiropractic pregnancy and pediatrics by the American Chiropractic Association and International Chiropractic Association. She has been able to integrate all of her background and experience in a system that allows her to holistically treat her patients of all ages addressing mind, body, and spirit. She currently has a private practice in Manhattan and Puerto Rico.

Dr. Vilches has a passion for coaching on all issues around health, well-being and balance and has been a Synergy coach in multiple, diverse settings.

Dr. Vliches holds additional certifications in Koren Specific Technique, Emotion Code, Kinesio Taping, Applied Kinesiolgy, Nutritional Response Testing, Human Kind International homeopathic remedies, and Infant Massage. She has volunteered with the Muscular Dystrophy Association and currently provides services on a monthly basis to a substance abuse organization.

Sally Stewart is an entrepreneur and professional actress of screen and stage. She has performed with some of the most phenomenal talent in New York City including Ruby Dee, Malik Yoba, Jerry Orbach and Benjamin Bratt. Ms. Stewart has had guest appearances on “The Sopranos,” “New York Undercover,” and all three “Law and Orders . She is also a professional acting coach.

She organized and hosted the first annual “Celebrity Holiday event for Foster Care” in partnership with Saint Vincent Services w/ her Ex-­husband Chad L. Coleman from HBO’s “The Wire” and currently “The Walking Dead”.

Ms. Stewart is a trained teaching artist and is dedicated to using the arts and education to transform and expand the lives of inner city youth. During the summer of 2007 she was inspired to create “The Gift” an original collection of scenes and musical productions, with students ranging from age 12- 16, in comparing life on the streets of Brooklyn, with events in Darfur through the eyes of inner city kids. As a result “Help Darfur Now” recognizes these children as a Chapter in the fight against Genocide in Darfur. She most recently dedicated April 2012- November 5th 2013 in helping to elect Brooklyn’s first Africa American Borough President Eric Adams.

Lastly, she is a leadership coach with Synergy Business Associates in NYC. Her hope is to bring the work to Brooklyn’s inner city families to create a legacy of change.

Christine came to Synergy Education after a decades long career in finance and banking. Her management experience extends back 35 years and she was acknowledged and awarded for her leadership skills, consistently meeting sales targets and low staff turnover rates.

Christine has been the Staffing Team Captain for the past 5 years and trained and developed more than 300 staff members. She is consistently acknowledged for creating a space of respect, positivity and open connection.
